Yes, PaperSeal offers a Cook version that is both microwave and oven safe. The tray is fitted with a special liner to ensure it can handle heating. Additionally, it can also be printed on both the inside and outside.

Each Greenflex pack is made of 90% cardboard, all of which is FSC or PEFC certified, ensuring that the packaging comes from responsibly managed forests and supply chains. And the best part? This cardboard is fully recyclable and biodegradable. It’s truly sustainability in a box!

The film that holds the cardboard tray together is crafted for easy separation after use. It’s strong enough to protect the contents and maintain the integrity of the pack but designed for effortless splitting by hand when it’s time to recycle. Consumers can use the easy-split corner which is specifically designed to allow them to separate the plastic from the cardboard in one move only.

The MOQ is 30.000 pieces. For SlimFresh® and SliceFresh® multiple artworks can be combined, making it more flexible for our customers.

Unfortunately, our cardboard packaging is not resistant to large amounts of water and therefore isn’t suitable for traditional pasteurization methods. However, it can be pasteurized using an Industrial Microwave Pasteurization.

Yes, our cardboard packaging can be used on your existing machine. We’ll discuss with your machine manufacturer to ensure compatibility based on the 3D design of our tray or cardboard. For most of our available sizes, only a minor adjustment to the bottom tool is typically needed.

We use offset printing technology in a 4-color CMYK system, which meets the requirements for 99% of artworks. We don’t use digital printing, as it is challenging to produce this in accordance to the food safety regulations.

Yes, our cardboard packaging is resistant to freezing, as long as it is not thawed and refrozen afterward.

The shelf-life with our cardboard packaging depends on various factors, such as the type of food and the packaging used. In general, we guarantee the same shelf-life as with traditional plastic packaging. However, we are continuously working to extend the shelf-life by exploring different types of materials.

Unfortunately not, our PaperSeal Cook is not resistant to the high heat, although they are resistant to 220° for 30 minutes.
