The PaperSeal® Shape is part of the packaging innovations!
Greenflex is the proud distributor of the PaperSeal® Shape, selected for the Innovation Award of Empack Netherlands 2024. The new PaperSeal® Shape is a round tray made from paperboard and a liner where a modified atmosphere is used to maintain a product’s shelf life. PaperSeal® Shape incorporates up to 90% less plastic than standard plastic trays. The tray delivers great rigidity thanks to the double-flange construction and is ideal for graphics to be printed on both internal and external surfaces, showcasing your brand in the best way.
The liner can be easily separated from the cardboard, allowing 100% recyclability of the paperboard. On top of that, the trays are fully compatible with the 4evergreen guidelines. Whether the consumer manually separates the paper from the cardboard, the cardboard fraction will always be recycled. Not to mention that it originates from sustainably managed forests.
